The contracting of all kinds of engineering projects does not make us forget the original identity of GCL material manufacturers, and on the basis of ensuring the efficient and accurate operation of the production line (Figure 7), continuous improvement is made to adapt to the development and production of new products, such as highway sodium bentonite barrier liner. Figure 8 and 9 show the application of this product in the test section of Golmud to Laomangya Road expansion project.

At the 7th Asian Regional Conference of the International Geosynthetic Materials Association (Geoasia7) held in November, the case study prepared by "Tianjin Jinghai District Dongcheng Waste storage Landfill Environmental Governance Project" - "Application of innovative GCL vertical barrier system in landfill restoration project", Won second place in the Asian Case Competition (Figure 10) and qualified for the Case Competition finals at this year's Rome 12ICG Conference. This is the first time that the engineering case of this technology has been recognized on an international platform, which once again shows the advanced nature and innovation of its technology, and will provide a strong guarantee for its promotion and application in a wider range.
